Broken film system:

Coating system:

²We use PE sheet roll film that is 300mm wider than the width of the goods, with a standard width of 1500mm and a thickness of 0.6mm. The film covering each time is cut by a film breaking device based on the size of the goods, intelligently measuring the required size of the pallet, and then placed on top of the goods.

²The top covering film rack is installed on the outside of the column, and is assisted by a free roller and a simple brake device to allow the roll film to retract freely. When releasing the film, the upper clamping cylinder is released, and the film pulling mechanism rises. After the film pulling is completed, the clamping cylinder clamps the PE film, and the heating wire is powered on to cut off the film.

²The film breaking device is completed by a combination of pneumatic and electric heating devices. After the film is broken, the pneumatic film clamping robot holds the top film, and then the frame rises to automatically measure the height of the goods and move horizontally. The photoelectric system then measures the width of the goods and places the top film at the top of the goods. Through cantilever winding, the top film and goods are fixed together to form a waterproof all-round packaging. This mechanism is jointly controlled by motors and pneumatics.

²The lifting mechanism adopts a worm gear reduction motor and frequency converter control. The lifting frame is fixed on the inside of two columns, and the guiding sliding device adopts a linear guide rail type, which runs stably, self-lubricating, and noise free. The translation mechanism adopts upper and lower square tube guidance, and is made of high-strength and wear-resistant nylon roller sliding rod, which is durable and easy to install.
